We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Towers. I have a thing for tall buildings, and they're really beautiful. The schedule is tight. You MUST be on time!! After the cute and the security checkpoint, your ride the elevator to the sky bridge. You are there about 10 minutes, then you take 2 elevators to the top, where you have 20 minutes. You then ride back down 3 floors and can remain there as long a you want (there is a restaurant and a gift shop in this floor). It is a well-oiled machine of people moving. The fancy mall at the base is over- the- top of that's your thing. Worth a visit, especially if you enjoy tall buildings and amazing views.

I bought the tickets from the Headout app. Fast, convenient,efficient and easy user friendly app. Everything just went smooth eventhough I bought the tickets last minutes. am amazed by the architectural design that stand up firmly for years. I had enjoyed this precious moment with my parents. They are from kampung and very happy that can view the beautiful stunning night scene from the top. This would be their never forgotten life memory forever. Plus, the staffs are profesional ,friendly and helpful when they saw my father came with wheelchair. Thanks a lot.

Our visit to Genting Skytropolis and Genting SkyWorlds was absolutely amazing! 🎢✨ Having access to both attractions made the day even more exciting, with so many fun rides, thrilling experiences, and entertainment to enjoy. The package we took was value for money, the hop on hop off is recommended to see the different places around in KL where we managed to go back to by the metro.Customer service was great when we contacted them asking about meeting point and timings. The twin towers are just magnificent. No matter how many times you see it, it's just too good. From the inside they take to the connecting bridge and 83 floor. You have to stay for 10 minutes on the bridge and 15 minutes in the observatory deck no matter what. Also to go down there is a line and it takes at least 10 minutes for the lift to arrive empty. Overall twin towers take like 45-60 minutes depending on crowd. I had gone on weekday yet it took lot of time. You need to arrive before the slot time as it's a group tour kind of thing. KL tower is mid especially due to the pollution you can't see anything. I had gone during sunset and it was completely empty. The combo is great bundle as you're getting kl tower for less than half the price with twin towers. Can skip kl tower if you're short on time. You can go at any time and stay for as long as you want.

Visiting the iconic Petronas Twin Towers was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised with friendly and helpful staff who guided us throughout the visit. The Skybridge and Observation Deck offered breathtaking panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur. Seeing the magnificent city skyline from such an incredible height was simply amazing! The entire experience was enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. A must-visit attraction for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether with family, friends or as a tourist. Highly recommended! Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available for use at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional information

Guests aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All personal items and baggage must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint.

Guests must adhere to and obey signs, rules, and regulations from the authorities at the Petronas Twin Towers.

Please note that the venue is operational on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month.

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a jacket or cardigan for the cool mountain weather, and consider a spare set of clothes for water rides. Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.

Accessibility

Wheelchair rental is available at Guest Services (Studio Plaza) — RM35 for single, RM50 for double. Cashless payments are accepted at ticket counters.

All show spaces accommodate guests with disabilities. Ask any Team Member for assistance.

Vegetarian dishes are available at most restaurants. No outside food or drinks allowed.
