Une expérience absolument incontournable ! Ce que j'ai préféré, c'est découvrir l'architecture unique d'Amsterdam depuis l'eau, notamment au coucher du soleil. Passer sous les ponts historiques offre une perspective magique que l'on ne peut pas avoir à pied. Les commentaires étaient très enrichissants, mêlant anecdotes historiques et culturelles. C'est une parenthèse paisible et romantique qui permet d'apprécier le charme des canaux classés à l'UNESCO en toute sérénité. Je recommande vivement

I booked our cruise the day before. I went with my parents and it was absolutely amazing. We have already walked by the cute streets by the canals but the experience by cruise was something special. We saw things from different eyes and plus, we get to discover a lil bit more about Amsterdam's history and culture. It was awesome. I am going to recommend it to my friends, without a doubt.

The cruise itself was very enjoyable. However, I had booked a ticket for a 10h00 cruise and, when I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled and that I had to go somewhere else to catch a boat at 10h15. Despite having my previously contacted me via WhatsApp & e-mail, I never received any message either before or after the cruise informing me of the time change or apologising for any inconvenience.

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Umbrellas, prams, child carriers, strollers, suitcases, and other large items cannot be brought inside the venue.

Pets are not permitted in the venue.

Flash photography is not allowed.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.

1-hour canal cruise

Pets are not allowed on board the cruise.

Strollers cannot be taken on board for safety reasons, but they can be left at the store before boarding.

Accessibility

Fabrique des Lumières

The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the tiered seating in the Hall.

Two wheelchairs are available for visitors to use.

Guide dogs are allowed inside the venue.

There are 40 seats in the main exhibition area, and foldable chairs are available to borrow at the entrance if needed.

Some exhibitions use light effects that may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or vertigo.

1-hour canal cruise

This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Fabrique des Lumières

The venue is located at Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam.

There are two main exhibition spaces: De Hal and De Studio.

Multiple exhibitions may run at the same time, and the lineup changes regularly.

Onsite facilities include lockers, a cloakroom, and restrooms.

1-hour canal cruise

Children up to 3 years old can board for free. Children aged 4–12 are eligible for discounted tickets at €12.50, and those over 12 pay the adult fare.

All boats are covered, ensuring you stay warm and comfortable in any weather.

The English audio guide is played by default over the speakers. If you prefer another language, you can scan the onboard QR code to connect to the audio guide on your smartphone using the free Wi-Fi.

Bring your own earphones for the audio guide or purchase a pair in the shop for €1.50.

The cruise route may vary due to municipal work, offering new sights on each journey.

Some cruises may serve alcoholic beverages, subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID and drink responsibly.

Facilities onboard include free Wi-Fi and restrooms.
