Best day out, loved the airboat ride around the lake, got to see some baby gators and a couple of bald eagles in the trees. The captain was really good at pointing stuff out.

There were nine of us on this tour. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Totally worth the cash. The grandkids aged 3, 4, 5, & 6 all had a blast. Our guide, Todd, was awesome.

What a great day. Kicked things off with meeting 2 sloths. We fed them and petted them, and it was a wonderful experience. Then we had an hour-long airboat ride. The lady who took us out was super knowledgeable and great at spotting gators. We saw loads of wildlife including lots of baby gators and some adults too. The hour flew by - we loved it and highly recommend this trip.

Absolutely fantastic day from beginning to end. We booked the all-in tour and got to meet the animals up close. Checked off a bucket list item by meeting a sloth! Such a fun day with tons of experiences to dive into, then we did the airboat ride and spotted a couple of alligators. Highly recommend this spot if you're an animal lover.

Arrive at Wild Florida and check in at least 45-mins before your scheduled departure. After ticket validation, you’ll receive a quick safety briefing and be fitted with ear protection before boarding the airboat.

What to expect

Explore the Headwaters of the Florida Everglades, a vital wetland ecosystem known for its rich biodiversity. This half-hour tour takes you along the perimeter of pristine wetlands, offering a firsthand look at Florida’s natural landscapes and native wildlife.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Please do not touch the animals. This helps keep both you and them safe.

Do not feed the animals, as they are on a carefully managed diet.

Avoid yelling at or teasing the animals to ensure a calm and respectful environment.

Please do not tap on the glass or bang on the enclosures, as it can be stressful for the animals.

Do not throw rocks or any other objects into the enclosures, as this can be harmful.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the Gator Park.

Please do not climb on or cross any fences or barriers, as they are there for your safety.

Accessibility

Florida airboat tours are accessible via a wheelchair-friendly ramp that runs from behind the gift shop down to the loading docks.

Just keep in mind that there are a few steps from the dock to the airboat itself, so guests will need to be physically assisted from their wheelchairs onto the boat.

Gator Park is also easy to navigate with a wheelchair. All the exhibits are on ground level, and the paths are made of compacted shells and concrete, making them smooth and accessible.
