The guides were very helpful and provided useful information and interesting anecdotes. Unfortunately the summit closed while we were waiting in line. We were advised to get in touch with Headoit to get a partial refund, still waiting for their response. It's important to note that the security lines are long and these tickets won't let you skip the queue. It also doesn't guarantee access to the summit if while you are waiting to get through the security, the capacity fills up.

Highlight was going up to the summit. Views were fantastic. Guide was knowledgeable and concerned all the people kept together. It was crowded but I expected that. Wait times were fairly long, no fault of the guide. There is a once every 25 year religious "Jubilee" in Europe this year so crowds are crazy. I experienced this in Rome so wasn't surprised. Just be prepared for crowds and you won't be upset.

Found the meeting point easily with Google maps. Guide was wonderful. Line was horrible but our guide made it tolerable while talking to us. Went to summit - another line of 1 hour with screaming children. Beautiful sights. Impressive monument. Took the cruise the next day. It was cold and windy so we chose to sit below but the windows opened and we could also walk outside. Again, beautiful sights.

It was trully a great experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Seine River cruise

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, and pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit floor of the Eiffel Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets prior to your visit.

Depending on the entry times of the Eiffel Tower, the itinerary order might vary.

To comply with the rules, the river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather.

You can enjoy the sightseeing cruise anytime depending on the expiry date on the ticket.
