Die Tour zum Eiffelturm war einfach nur der Wahnsinn.....am Anfang waren wir etwas skeptisch weil wir eigentlich keine geführte Tour buchen wollten, aber alles war einfach toll. Unser Guide war wahnsinnig freundlich und witzig, er hat an den Richtigen Stellen Pause gemacht und uns nicht nur was über den Eiffelturm erzählt sondern auch über viele Dinge drum herum. Auch das er für die Gruppenteilnehmer den Fotografen vor dem Eiffelturm gegeben hat war richtig klasse....denn so das ist das schönste Foto von unserem gesamten Urlaub entstanden! Nochmal vielen lieben Dank dafür. Die gesamte Tour hat er auf Englisch geführt, da mein Mann aber leider wenig bis kein Englisch spricht, hat er immer wieder kleine Pausen eingelegt das ich meinem Mann alles übersetzten konnte was er gesagt hat. Alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis Kann nur jedem raten über diese Argentur zu buchen. Ihr werdet es auf keinen Fall bereuen.

-Online Buchen 10 von 10 👍🏾 -Die English, französische und spanisch Führung, Weltklasse. - der VIP Eingang für die gebuchte Tickets mit der Gruppe , unbezahlbar, keine Wartezeit kein langes anstehen. -dann die Fahrt nach oben mit dem Aufzug, aufregend bis Nervenkitzel. Die Kirsche 🍒 auf der Torte war dann die Spitze auf dem Eifelturm, super Erlebnis kann ich nur jedem empfehlen sogar Menschen mit Höhen Angst, super sicherer Fahrt.

What a wonderful 2 days. First Day we had the hop on bus give us the grand tour of Paris. Getting off whenever we wanted and then the 2nd day, our Eiffel tower summit visit was wonderful. Made Even better with our guide Sydney who was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Price of the combo permitted us to go to the summit of the Eiffel tower for only 36$cad! What a deal!

Immanuel was our tour guide from Crown Tours. He explained things along the way, was a good character, and made the process of viewing the tower easy and simple to understand. The tower itself was amazing, a great piece of engineering with great views of Paris. Although busy, waiting times were not too long and it did not feel overcrowded inside. Glad to have seen it

Klasse Tour bis auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms Der sehr nette Guide hat uns schnell und ohne große Wartezeit zum Aufzug und die zweite Etage gebracht und uns dabei einiges über die Geschichte des Turms erzählt. Wir habe ein super Truppe (Mel aus AUS 😁) gehabt und die anschließende Fahrt bis ganz nach Oben war ein absolutes Highlight

La guide était très gentille. La facilité avec laquelle nous avons trouvé la personne ressource au lieu de rencontré . Cette dernière était très aimable aussi car elle nous a aidé à trouver nos billets pour la croisière et très bien explique le,lieu de rencontre pour celle-ci.

Rehberle buluşma noktasını kokaylıkla bulduk ve vaktinde turu gerçekleştirdik. Rehberin anlatım ve samimiyetinden memnun kaldık. Sen Nehri turu çok keyifli geçti. 18.30 tur saati Ağustos ayı için doğru bir tercih olmuş.

I enjoyed the tour guide very much. He was polite and very informative. He spoke many languages tomorrow ensure everyone was aware of the history. The downside of the tour was that the top of the Eiffel Tower was closed and I paid money to see the city from the top. I am still waiting for reimbursement for that right now. I was also quite disappointed about the Seine River portion. I was unable to use the voucher before and when I attempted to use it by the river there was no one to help instruct me where to go. I noticed there were a million people shoved into the boat and it wouldn't look so enjoyable. Either way I could not use the voucher and I left the the country without utilizing it. I am quite disappointed with those two items. I hope someone can contact and help me with the reimbursement from the missed too floor of the tower due to the heat. The experience was amazing, views from the top of the Eiffel Tower are really tremendous. Lifts were full, so not a lot of space. I would definitely recommend going up to the summit for a really amazing experience. Only downside was trying to find the agent and the guide, due to problems of losing my friend, while trying to find the guide, we ended up doing the visit separately from each other, without the guide, and my friend had to repay entrance fee, due to time limit on the ticket.

Getting started

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point near the Eiffel Tower entrance, where your ID will be checked. After a brief introduction, you’ll be escorted to the correct entrance and proceed through a security check before heading to the elevators.

What to expect

Eiffel Tower

Completed in 1889 for the World’s Fair, the Eiffel Tower stands 330 meters tall and is celebrated for its iron lattice architecture and panoramic city views. Once the world’s tallest structure, it remains a symbol of Parisian innovation and culture.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

Each year, the top of the Eiffel Tower closes for maintenance and renovations. It will be closed from 5th January, 2026.

Please note that you will not be able to access the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor access will be provided.

Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
