The entrance was difficult to find because staffs there tell us different places to go. We managed to find it eventually but another problem was that we needed to download the app to show QR code. Best is to just to send us QR code in email, otherwise it's difficult to download outside without wifi since we are overseas travelers, we need wifi somewhere to download the app. Make sure you instruct that to ticket holders that downloading app is a must before the experience.

L'application ne nous a pas envoyé au bon endroit pour le départ du bus à castello ! L'accueil très chaleureux et tout est facile à comprendre. Le bus n'est jamais nettoyé dans la journée donc fin d'après-midi c'est une poubelle. Sur une journée on peut faire les 3 ligne sinon c'est une ligne par jour avec quelques arrêts.
