- Keep in mind that the gardens strictly prohibit food and drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, barbeque, and flower picking.

- Facilities: Parking, first-aid room, souvenir shops, sitting area, prayer room, and dining options.
- Opening and closing timings should be observed strictly.
- Please use proper passages, walkways, and exits allocated for such use.
- Use proper litter bins for litter disposal.
- Sitting is allowed only in the designated areas.
- Any instruction from the security personnel should be followed immediately without argument.
- The management has all the rights to expel any visitor from the park if found posing great threats to flowers, or park assets, or involved in misconduct.
- Getting there: Take the Dubai Metro's red line to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. From there, catch the 105 bus, which heads to Dubai Miracle Garden. The 105 bus operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends.
- Heads up! Skip-the-line tickets do not include the option to skip security lines.
Dubai Butterfly Garden
- Refer to the map of the Garden before your visit.
- Dubai Butterfly Garden is an eco-friendly environment. Please help maintain the cleanliness by putting the garbage in the trash bin.
- Please don’t leave your things unattended. The management will not be responsible for any lost belongings.
- Butterflies like to rest on leaves and pathways, please watch your steps while rounding. Please don’t pick up or disturb the butterflies while they are feeding.
- Taking photos of the butterflies is allowed. However, please ask any staff for assistance.
- Children aged under 18 years should be supervised by their parents/guardians.
- Touching the butterfly wings is prohibited. Let us help them live longer.
- Please don’t cross the restricted areas to avoid any potential damages.
- Guests are recommended to visit the Butterfly Garden before entering Miracle Garden, as entry to the Miracle Garden will not be permitted after the initial ticket scan.
