Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! I recently visited the Burj Khalifa for the first time, and the experience was truly mind-blowing! The views from the observation deck were stunning and exceeded my expectations. However, the waiting time was a different story altogether. We waited in line for almost 3 hours, which was exhausting, especially with kids and elders in tow. The lack of seating areas or a place to rest made it even more challenging. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend planning ahead, considering tickets with priority access, or visiting during off-peak hours to minimize the wait. Despite the long wait, the view from the top was well worth it."

Visiting the Burj Khalifa’s “At The Top” experience was truly unforgettable. The elevator ride alone — reaching the 124th/125th floors in seconds — was thrilling. The observation deck offers stunning 360° views of Dubai’s skyline, desert, and coastline. The ambience is well-organized, with helpful staff and smooth crowd management. Sunset time is the best for breathtaking photos. Overall, a must-do experience in Dubai for anyone who wants to see the city from a whole new perspective.

The upgrade was well worth it. Missed the large queues and we were at the higher platform - where we were treated to coffees and fruit juice by the very friendly and attentive staff. The views were breathtaking in every direction. Truly a five-star experience at what in my opinion is the greatest visitor attraction on Earth.

I would love the experience of panoramic 360-degree views from the observation decks, seeing both the bustling city and vast desert landscapes, especially at clearly sunny day .Other enjoyable aspects include the high-speed elevator ride, shopping options etc. And the experience with head out was AMAZING!

Accessibility

Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon showing a valid ID and a deposit of 100 AED.

Strollers are available to rent in two sizes. Single: AED 40 | Double: AED 60

Additional information

Burj Khalifa

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

IMG Worlds of Adventures has launched a new exciting Weekend Offer valid every Thursday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm with additional fun-filled live performances, parades and dances.

Children of height up to 105 cm in height may enter for free.

These tickets are valid for both residents and non-residents of the UAE and give you access to all 22 rides in the park The opening hours are subject to change.

Closing times indicate the times that the queues close, the exception being 'Haunted Hotel’, which has limited capacity.

The queues will close up to 2 hours before the park's closing time in case of maximum capacity.

Please note: Some individual rides have extra height requirements for safety. To know more, please refer to this guide book.

Outside food is not allowed. There are 28 F&B outlets offering 13 different cuisine types at the venue.

Storage lockers are available at the park entrance at an additional fee: Small: AED 45 | Large: AED 55 | Jumbo: AED 60.
