What to bring

• Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the tour includes walking on uneven surfaces.

• Dress appropriately for the weather; a light jacket or raincoat is recommended, especially in the mountains.

• Bring water and snacks, as food and drinks are not included.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the coach and during the tour.

• Pick up from apartments and hostels is not possible.

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• From September 2025 to August 2026, the lift fee to the World Heritage Skywalk is not included.

• The tour departs from Tourist Info at Albertina Platz, A-1010 Vienna. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure and check in with the 7Travel agency official.

• The tour ends at the Vienna State Opera, Albertinaplatz; hotel drop-off is not included.

• Depending on group size, the tour may be conducted by minivan with a driver-guide or by bus with a licensed guide.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
