Day Trips From Krakow

Fantastic easy service very well explained everything sent to me by whats app and email. We were met at the front desk and everthing explained all in great detail. We used headout because the official site had sold out of tickets. I will definately be using headout again as they cover a whole host of trips out and adventures.

Siamo stati accompagnati da Marek, guida disponibile e gentile che ci ha accompagnati fino all entrata delle terme. Al tragitto però darei 2 stelle ci sono solo taxi e per quanto sia economico il voucher per l entrata alle terme, non ci sono pullman che ti portano fino a lì su.. da Zakopane alle terme sono altri 33 minuti di macchina e quindi bisogna prendere un taxi o se ti va bene che hai i zloti i contanti puoi prendere la navetta ma non c'è sempre... il pullman doveva arrivare alle 14.05 siamo arrivati in ritardo per via del traffico (alle 15.25) avevamo l entrata alle 15.25. Giusto in tempo! 3 ore sono poche per vederla tutta.... però che dire che viaggio di 3 ore ne vale la pena!!! La rifarei!

Very well organised, great guide, well informed and wonderful place to visit. Mountain views are great, cable car quick and easy, thermal baths were amazing. Well worth it.

What can we say! We had a great day. Driver picked us up on time in a clean comfortable car. All details were provided the day before through WhatsApp. We then headed out for the day and the tour guide explained everything to us and where to go and how to get to each point. The tour guide gave us some local attractions and insights in where to eat and what to see with our free time. Can't fault this tour. Would recommend!
