Panometer Dresden
Panometer Dresden turns an old gas tank into a breathtaking 360° art experience. Its star attraction, AMAZONIA, plunges you into the heart of the rainforest, where towering trees, hidden creatures, and shifting daylight surround you. Artist Yadegar Asisi, after multiple Amazon visits, crafted this hyper-realistic panorama—106m wide and 27m high—using thousands of sketches and photos. Paired with Eric Babak’s immersive soundscape and dynamic lighting, it brings the jungle to life, letting you explore the Amazon without leaving Dresden.
Semperoper Tour
Step inside Dresden’s Semperoper as your guide leads you through marble-floored hallways, past chandeliers that cast a golden glow on hand-painted ceilings. In the grand auditorium, see plush red velvet seats facing an ornate proscenium, where operas by Wagner once premiered. Learn about its 19th-century Neo-Renaissance design, wartime destruction, and stunning post-war restoration.
