You may enter the museum up to 15 minutes after the time on your ticket and stay as long as you like until closing.

Visitors who require assistance may bring one companion for free (collect the companion ticket at cash register 1).

Cash payments are not accepted at the museum cafés or shops.

Large bags, luggage, folding bikes, instruments, skateboards, and similar items cannot be stored inside the museum. A secure locker point is available at Museum Square.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

If you are running late, speak to the staff at the entrance. While entry is not guaranteed, they will try to assist depending on availability.
