Une expérience absolument incontournable ! Ce que j'ai préféré, c'est découvrir l'architecture unique d'Amsterdam depuis l'eau, notamment au coucher du soleil. Passer sous les ponts historiques offre une perspective magique que l'on ne peut pas avoir à pied. Les commentaires étaient très enrichissants, mêlant anecdotes historiques et culturelles. C'est une parenthèse paisible et romantique qui permet d'apprécier le charme des canaux classés à l'UNESCO en toute sérénité. Je recommande vivement

I booked our cruise the day before. I went with my parents and it was absolutely amazing. We have already walked by the cute streets by the canals but the experience by cruise was something special. We saw things from different eyes and plus, we get to discover a lil bit more about Amsterdam's history and culture. It was awesome. I am going to recommend it to my friends, without a doubt.

The cruise itself was very enjoyable. However, I had booked a ticket for a 10h00 cruise and, when I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled and that I had to go somewhere else to catch a boat at 10h15. Despite having my previously contacted me via WhatsApp & e-mail, I never received any message either before or after the cruise informing me of the time change or apologising for any inconvenience.

The Xtracold Icebar is open Sunday to Thursday from 3:45pm to 10:40pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:45am to 1am.

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage, or unable to prove their age.

Arrive at least 20 minutes before your timeslot for check-in.

You can spend up to 20 minutes inside the Icebar.

Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.

Tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 8 hours in advance.

Children under 18 are not allowed inside.

The Icebar is always kept at –10°C.

Nearest public transport: Waterlooplein (tram 14 & metro 51, 53, 54).

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Children up to 3 years old may board for free. Children 4–12 years old have discounted tickets (€12.50). Children older than 12 pay the adult price.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

All boats are covered, ensuring warmth and comfort in any weather.

The English audio guide is played by default. To use another language, scan the QR code on board and connect via free Wi-Fi on your smartphone. Use your own earphones or purchase them on board for €1.50.

The route may vary due to municipal work, offering new highlights on each cruise.

Onboard facilities include free Wi-Fi and restrooms.
