The complex is beautiful, with marvellous gardens and stunning views. However, there was no sign telling what the name of each room was, particulalrly in the Nasrid palace. Unless someone hires a guide to tell the story, the visitor has no clue what he sees. That's a pity taking into account how far away some people have travelled to Granada and booked their (not too cheap tickets) months ahead. A digital audioguide on the Headout platform available with booking is highly recommeneded

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Tag und habe noch einige schöne Ecken von Granada kennengelernt. Das Headout hat erst nicht funktioniert weil ich keine Kopfhörer hatte. Irgendwann lagen welche rum. Desinfiziert und genutzt. Am Anfang war kein Deutsch dabei. Deshalb erstmal mit Englisch. Irgendwann ging auch Deutsch. Schade das es nocht die ganze Tour auf Deutsch gab. Ich hatte trotzdem meinen Spaß. Vielen Dank!

Ein tolles Erlebnis. Es handelt sich um eine extrem große Anlage, es werden mindestens 3-3,5 Stunden benötigt!

I was very disappointed that when purchasing a ticket to the Alhambra, I had to install any additional software on my smartphone; the purchased ticket should have been sent via email. Furthermore, according to EU regulations, the invoice is the basis of the contract, so without an external partner, and especially without the need to install additional software, which is very negatively rated by the user community, I should have been allowed to enter the Alhambra. A very disappointing approach.
