Seamless activation
- Download the Vienna Welcome Card app.
- Follow the link in your confirmation email to your card. Transfer the card to your device by entering the 8-digit code you’ll receive in the same email.
- Enter your name and email address to activate your card before your first use.

Validity
- Your pass is activated after you click ‘Activate Now’ on the Vienna Welcome Card app and is valid for the selected duration (24/48/72 hours or 7 days)
Additional Information
- Each attraction or landmark can only be visited once with this card.
- One child up to the age of 15 or one dog can use public transport in Vienna for free, provided they travel with an adult with a Vienna Welcome Card.
