- Simply open your digital pass, tap the QR code, and scan it at entry. No printing, no lines.

Your pass activates the first time you scan it. After that, you’ve got 30 days to redeem your chosen experiences.

A handful of must-see experiences like airboat rides or speedboat tours require you to reserve your spot in advance.

Child rates apply for ages 3-12 (photo ID may be requested). Infants under 3 usually enter for free.

You can cancel or swap your entire pass for a full refund up to 30 days before your first planned use. Once the pass is activated, there are no date-changes or refunds.

Meals, gratuities, transport to/from attractions, parking, and optional add-ons (VIP upgrades, photo packages, etc.) aren’t covered.
No printout required! You will receive your pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You can download it onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.
Validity
When you activate your pass at the first attraction, you will have up to 30 days to visit the rest.
