We booked the 6:30 AM slot via Headout (not the earliest one) to align with the 7:04 sunrise. The strategy was perfect: no queue for ascent. The reality on the 124th floor: the area by the glass was already crowded, making it challenging to get an unobstructed view immediately. With a bit of patience, we secured a front-row spot for the breathtaking sunrise. The main queue we encountered was for the descent (waited ~30 min at ~7:30 AM). Key tips: 1. Timing: Arrive 30-40 mins before sunrise to skip entry lines. 2. Crowd Management: Expect and accept crowding at the windows. Don't get frustrated; wait for your turn. 3. Exit Plan: The descent queue builds up fast. Factor in extra time. Headout's service was flawless. A magnificent experience with manageable downsides if you're prepared.

После каждой покупки билета, давалась дополнительно скидка на следующую покупку. Это привлекательно. Само посещение Бурдж-Халифа прошло замечательно. Сотрудники максимально помогают посетителям и упорядочивают очередя. Готовтесь к очередям, без них никак. Желающих подняться на 124,125 этажи очень много. Виды сверху открываются прекрасные. Сразу видно, что город разростается быстрыми темпами и то ,что я увидела сейчас, через пару лет будет совсем другая картинка. Потому нельзя сказать, что один раз поднялся и в следующие посещения Дубаи эта достопримечательность станет неактуальной. Интересно и красиво здесь будет всегда!

This was a really enjoyable and well-planned combo experience. The visit to Burj Khalifa “At The Top” went very smoothly with hardly any waiting, and the views of Dubai from above were truly breathtaking and memorable. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was equally delightful, especially for families it was clean, well maintained, and genuinely interesting for both children and adults. Booking through Headout was simple and stress free, with instant tickets and clear instructions. Overall, it felt like good value for money and made our Dubai visit even more special. I would happily recommend it to both first time visitors and those returning to Dubai.

I recently went on a desert safari, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded my expectations. The adventure began with an exhilarating dune bashing session in a 4x4 vehicle. The skilled driver navigated the golden dunes with confidence, making it both thrilling and safe. Watching the vast desert landscape stretch endlessly under the setting sun was absolutely breathtaking — the sunset alone made the trip worthwhile. After the ride, we arrived at a traditional desert camp where the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including camel rides, sandboarding, and taking photos in traditional attire. The live entertainment was fantastic, with mesmerizing belly dancing and a captivating fire show that kept everyone engaged. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes. Enjoying the meal under the stars, surrounded by the calm beauty of the desert, created a magical ambiance.

Mi visita a Burj Khalifa, el safari por el desierto y el Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo fue una de las experiencias más completas y emocionantes que he vivido en Dubái. Comencé el día ascendiendo a lo más alto del rascacielos más famoso del mundo, donde las vistas panorámicas de la ciudad, el mar y el desierto me dejaron sin palabras. La organización fue impecable y el ambiente, simplemente mágico. Por la tarde continué con el safari por las dunas, una aventura llena de adrenalina. El paseo en 4x4, el sandboarding y la puesta de sol sobre las dunas crearon un escenario perfecto. Para cerrar la jornada, la visita al acuario superó todas mis expectativas: enormes túneles de cristal, cientos de especies marinas y una sensación envolvente difícil de describir. Quiero agradecer especialmente al equipo de Headout por su excelente atención y por facilitar cada detalle del itinerario. With these Burj Khalifa tickets, you will be able to skip the long ticket queue and head straight to the elevator that will zip you to the 124th & 125th floor where amazing vistas of Dubai await you. At Dubai Aquarium, you will come face to face with an incredible collection of aquatic life that consists of over 140 species including 300 sharks, rays, and the largest collection of Sand Tiger sharks in the world. You can also experience other biomes such as the Rainforest, Rocky Shore, and Living Ocean environments at the Underwater Zoo. You’ll come across dangerous piranhas, the giant catfish, playful otters, a Humbolt penguin colony, and more.

Evening Desert Safari

After your breathtaking experience at the Aquarium and underwater zoo, you will be picked up the next day from your residence in a 4x4 and driven straight past the dominating buildings leaving the city behind into the heart of the Awir desert.

Once you arrive at the desert, your driver will take you over the dunes for an adventurous 4x4 experience. You can also give sandboarding a try too. After your drive, you will be taken to a traditional Bedouin camp where activities such as camel riding and henna painting await you.

As the experience goes on, you will be entertained by traditional Tanoura dance and fire shows, 2 different forms of belly dancing, and a horse show. You can also dress up in traditional Arabic dresses that make for perfect photo opportunities.

End your day with a delectable buffet that you can pair with unlimited soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee. With a wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to choose from, your buffet will perfectly cap the evening. Finally, you'll be dropped off back at your accommodation.

What to bring

Desert Safari

It is recommended to wear lightweight clothing during the summer. Bring along sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket during winter.

What's not allowed

Burj Khalifa At The Top

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Desert Safari

The dune bashing experience is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with back and heart problems, and people with pre-existing medical conditions.

Alcoholic beverages and some entertainment shows like belly dancing will not be available during national holidays and Ramadan.

Additional information

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

Note: Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

Burj Khalifa:

Please display the mobile voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on lower ground level of the Dubai Mall. No need to print! Please carry a valid Photo Id for identification.

Your Burj Khalifa tickets are only valid for the date and time slot that you selected at the time of booking.

Dubai Aquarium:

Please display the mobile voucher at the Aquarium ticket counter inside Dubai Mall. No need to print. Same barcode as the Burj Khalifa barcode allows you entry to the Aquarium. Please carry a valid Photo Id for identification. Your Dubai Aquarium tickets are valid for the same day you are visiting Burj Khalifa. You can enter the Aquarium anytime between 10 AM to 12 AM.

Desert Safari:

Your Desert Safari pick-up will happen the next day. Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the time of pickup. A 4X4 will pick you up from the hotel you've mentioned at the time of booking, between 2 and 3 PM.
