- Safety is a priority so snorkeling is restricted for guests under the age of 6 years.
Accessibility
- This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.
- Accessible parking spaces and public transportation options are conveniently located at Rivergate Marina for AUD$10 per day.
- While special dietary requests cannot be accommodated due to the nature of the buffet lunch, guests are welcome to bring their own lunch or additional items to supplement their meal.
- Moreton Island is a remote wilderness location, approximately 75 minutes from the mainland. For this reason, it is strongly advised that heavily pregnant guests reconsider their visit.

- In case of inclement weather, you can choose to reschedule. If weather conditions are deemed too severe for travel and rescheduling is not possible, you can opt for a refund.
- Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the island.
