The Sports Museum Guided Tour

What to bring

• Ticket: Bring a digital or printed ticket for your booking.

What's not allowed

• Bag size: Bags larger than 4″x 6″x 1.5″ are not permitted and all bags are subject to x-ray screening and inspection.

• Food & drinks: Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for medical or religious needs with prior notice.

• Self-guided visits: Self-guided visits are not available; all visits must be part of a guided tour.

• Bus parking: Bus parking is unavailable; buses may only drop off and return after 90 minutes.

• Animals: Support or companion animals are not permitted; trained service dogs are allowed.

• Photography: Photo access may be restricted in some areas or during arena events. Photography or videotaping of practices or other TD Garden events is not permitted.

• Museum access: The Sports Museum is fully accessible, with elevators throughout the museum.

• Special accommodations: Notify staff in advance if you require special accommodations.

• Service dogs: Service dogs are permitted for guests with disabilities.

Additional information

• Meeting point: Tours begin at The Sports Museum/Heritage Hall desk outside the Pro Shop in North Station. Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour.

• Restrooms: Restrooms are available, with guests encouraged to use them before or after the tour.

• Food & drinks: No concessions are available during the visit.

• Tour timings: Tours operate daily from 10:30am to 5pm, with the first tour at 11am and the last at 5pm. Schedules may vary with TD Garden events.

• Tour capacity: Tours have limited capacity and may fill up quickly.

• Tour requirements: Visitors must remain with their tour guide throughout the experience.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
