Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

With the express pass we passed quickly to all the attractions, it was a very nice experience. All the activities were great, we had a lot of fun. The only thing we didn't like was the customer service at the studio tour attraction, the staff was very unfriendly. Otherwise it was spectacular. We are people who speak Spanish and the same people who speak Spanish did not want to serve us in our language or simply served us in a bad way. We didn't find it curious and other people who didn't speak the language made an effort to speak it and help us in the best way. That's all I hope this helps improve customer service.

Esperienza davvero indimenticabile ai Warner Bros! Il tour mi è piaciuto tantissimo e ha superato ogni aspettativa: camminare tra set iconici e scoprire i retroscena di film e serie famosissime è stato emozionante. Se avrò la possibilità di tornare a Los Angeles, lo rifarei assolutamente, scegliendo magari un pacchetto ancora più completo per vivere l’esperienza al meglio. La vera chicca del tour è stata senza dubbio la nostra guida: meraviglioso, simpaticissimo e molto preparato, capace di coinvolgerti e di catapultarti in ogni scena, facendoti rivivere ogni momento delle produzioni girate lì. Consigliatissimo!
