Important Information
- This ticket is not applicable for Thai citizens, who will have to purchase tickets directly from Baiyoke Sky Hotel
- Be prepared for thorough security checks before entering the hotel
- Baiyoke Tower’s observatory is a strictly non-smoking area
- The 82nd floor will be closed for renovation in the month of Feb 2020

- Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. Please display either a printed or mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the time of redemption.
- Make sure to carry along your passports with you.
- If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs.
- Kindly ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any delays.

- Redeem your voucher at the Lobby of the 18th Floor at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel (222 Ratchaprarop Rd., Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400 Thailand).
- Your vouchers will be exchanged for physical tickets at this lobby.
