What to bring

• Concession eligibility: Bring valid proof of identity to verify eligibility for concession admission.

• Singapore resident admission: Singaporeans and permanent residents must present a Pink or Blue NRIC for verification.

What's not allowed

• Food and drinks: Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries. Keep water bottles inside your bag.

• Large bags: Bags or bulky items exceeding 45 × 25 × 20cm are not permitted inside the galleries.

• Photography equipment: Selfie sticks and laser pointers are not permitted inside the museum.

• Writing materials: Pens are not permitted in the galleries. Use pencils for worksheets.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: All galleries are wheelchair accessible, with lifts available across floors.

• Wheelchair loans: Manual wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Strollers: Standard-size strollers are permitted.

• Service animals: Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.

• Accessible washrooms: Three wheelchair-friendly washrooms are available.

• Family facilities: A nursing room, baby-changing station, and family-friendly washroom are available.

Additional information

• Children: Children must be accompanied by adults.

• Gallery conduct: Do not touch artefacts or lean on display cases. Running is not permitted.

• Photography: Photography without flash and videography are permitted.

• Last admission: Entry to all galleries ends 30 minutes before closing.

• Ticket policy: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.

• Guided tours: Daily docent tours are subject to schedule changes. Check with Visitor Services on the day.
