Un ingresso concitato per arrivare in tempo per la fascia oraria prenotata. Già ammirare il magnifico palazzo sede del museo è stato splendido. Il sole faceva capolino tra le nuvole, che un venticello tiepido cercava di spazzare via. La hall immensa con tanta gente, dopo il veloce passaggio tra gli inservienti che controllavano i QR code e...anche la borsetta! Infine il secondo piano stupendo: Rembrandt, Van Gogh e soprattutto Vermeer... e la casa della sposa, le ceramiche di Delft, l'antica biblioteca. Sono sopraffatta da tanta arte!!!

...einfach, übersichtlich, kundenfreundlich...und für jeden zu verstehen...es wäre schön, wenn die Gebühren attraktiver...d.h. billiger wären...dann ist jeder noch mehr bereit, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. Verschlanken sie ihren Verwaltungsaparat, bauen sie komplizierte und behördlich-schwergängige Vorgänge ab...dann klappt das.

After seeing the lines of people waiting to get tickets to this magnificent museum, we used Headout to procure tickets for the following day. The website was easy to navigate to purchase tickets and the best part, the very next day we just walked right in RIJK. No lines, no waiting; we just enjoyed countless pieces of amazing art.

Amazing place! Well worth the entrance fee. Only had to wait in line for a few minutes. Many great artworks by famous names and artists less well known. Nice cafe with good food and friendly service. Very good gift shop. Highly recommended!

Der 3-Tage-GVB-Pass war für unseren Amsterdam-Trip eine fantastische Entscheidung! Wir konnten 72 Stunden lang völlig uneingeschränkt alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Stadt nutzen – egal ob Tram, Metro oder Bus. Das beste Gefühl war die pure Spontaneität: Man muss sich keinerlei Gedanken über Einzeltickets oder Tarifzonen machen. Nach ausgiebigen Spaziergängen an den Grachten konnten wir einfach in die nächste Straßenbahn steigen, das Ticket kurz scannen und entspannt weiterfahren. Die Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert, die Bahnen fuhren extrem pünktlich und sauber. Für alle, die Amsterdam flexibel, stressfrei und ohne lange Laufwege erkunden möchten, ist dieser Pass ein absolutes Must-have. Wir würden ihn für den nächsten Städtetrip definitiv wieder buchen!

Wir hatten die Combi online gebucht. Leider war nicht ausgewiesen, dass Hunde in dem geschlossenen Boot nicht erlaubt sind. Eine Stornierung war nicht möglich. Aber die nette Dame vor Ort im Ticketshop hat dann auf ein offenes Boot umgebucht. So konnten wir eine wundervolle Grachtenfahrt erleben. Zwar war sie nur in englisch, aber trotzdem sehr informativ und unterhaltsam.

Validity:

Your pass is activated at the timeslot chosen on the check-out page and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.

Rijksmuseum

Your ticket allows you to enter the museum up to 15 mins after the time mentioned on the ticket. You can stay as long as you wish inside (until closing).

People who are unable to independently navigate through the museum may bring one companion with them for free. You can pick up an entrance ticket for a companion at cash register 1.

At the Museum Square, there is a locker point where you can store your luggage safely.

Your ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot, and cannot be rescheduled. Guests who do not show up or arrive after their scheduled time may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

If you’re running late, we recommend speaking with the Rijksmuseum staff at the entrance. While entry is not guaranteed, the team will try to assist you depending on availability.
