Used this service a few time now. Always satisfied, stress free. I personally find it a lot easier than the train. Drivers always professional also cracked a few jokes. I understand why he's bus driving and not on stage but appreciated the effort.

Bus confortevole, dotato di poltrona comoda con spazio per le gambe, presa USB e tavoletta ribaltabile per scrivere o poggiare un libro. Microclima interno ottimo. Abbiamo avuto più fermate di quanto previsto: forse andrebbe specificato perché non ricordo di aver visto un elenco. Tra l'altro comunque mi è tornato comodo perché sono sceso una fermata prima del previsto: a Victoria train station invece che al capolinea, Victoria coach Station. Tempi di percorrenza leggermente più lunghi di quelli con lo Stansted Express e questo forse andrebbe premiato con un prezzo del biglietto ancora più basso. Peccato non si possa fare il ticket A/R. Vedremo come sarà il ritorno che non so ancora se sarà possibile prendere il coach a una fermata più conveniente per me.

I did not have to wait that long/ Journey started/ it was ok/ bit last quarter was a pain in the ..so much traffic jam/ got off earlier

What to bring

Have your e-ticket ready on your phone or printed. The driver will scan the QR code/barcode upon boarding.

Accessibility

Most coaches are wheelchair accessible with a dedicated space and a lift. It is highly recommended to contact the Assisted Travel Team at least 36 hours before travel to ensure the space is reserved.

Folding pushchairs/buggies are carried free of charge in the luggage hold and do not count toward your standard luggage allowance.

Coaches depart from the Stansted Airport Coach Station, located just a 2-minute walk from the arrivals hall. Follow the signs for 'Coach Station'. Please arrive at your departure bay at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

You can bring two medium suitcases (max 20kg each) or one large suitcase (max 20kg), plus one small piece of soft hand luggage (max 45x35x20cm) to keep with you.
