Vienna International Airport
For those flying in, the platform is a 5-min walk from baggage claim. Simply follow the green CAT signs. Information counters can be found with helpful staff at several places to resolve any queries.
On board, you can sit back and relax in the cozy jet ambiance and comfortable seats. Entertaining information screens, newspapers/magazines, and free high-speed Wi-Fi make the transfer time seem even shorter. In under 20 minutes, be whisked away to the center of Vienna.
Wien Mitte Station
Wien Mitte Station gives you direct access to the Vienna subway system, as well as various other transportation modes. The beautiful and expansive Stadtpark right near the station holds monuments like the Johann Strauss statue, Kursalon Hübner music hall, and more. It also has a canal running through it that connects to the River Danube!
If you're in Vienna for just a day and want to explore baggage-free, there are 30 lockers available at Wien-Mitte that you can use free of charge!
On the day of your departure, you can check in your luggage at Wien-Mitte and spend the rest of the day exploring the city. Using the City Check-in service, you can directly head to the gate once you arrive at the airport. Can't check in with your airline? Fret not, the platform is just a 5-min walk from the check-in hall as well.
