It was the first time I used a lounge and I loved it. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was great. I also loved the fact that you could use 'chambers' to take a nap in a comfortable chair. I just think the communication could have been better upon arrival, otherwise I would have given 5 ⭐️. I would have liked the complimentary massage but didn't know I had to ask for a number at the reception desk. By the time I knew it was too late. But a lovely lounge nevertheless.

Lovely venue . The hot food was cold ,and the choices were limited .Need an Indian curry in the menu .Also need hot plates for hot food please! Love the fresh fruit and the salads Ice cream was good too Excellent variety of soft and alcoholic drinks

Selection of food was limited. This would not prevent me from booking the lounge again for my wife, travelling later this month. Staff were excellent.

The lounge itself was excellent, as were the staff. However, one of the three QR codes sent for entry into the lounge did not work. Luckily, the staff were helpful and allowed that party member entry, but there was a lot of fuss.
