The 9/11 experience was great but only after I paid for it a second time at the venue. The tour company "Headout" are total scammers. The guide never showed up for our 3pm tour and despite giving them proof that we were at the meeting point 35 mins before the due time they said we were a no show and refused me a refund. They also said 5 other people never showed up. I came to USA from Ireland specifically to visit the 9/11 memorial so why on earth would I not show up after paying 210 dollars. I would advise everyone to use a more reputable company to book your tours and avoid Headout.

Arrive at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum at your selected time slot and enter through the main museum entrance at the World Trade Center site. All visitors must undergo a mandatory security screening, similar to airport security checks. Present your validated ticket at entry; a government-issued photo ID may be requested. Large bags are discouraged, and security procedures are in place to ensure a respectful and safe experience for all visitors.
