What To Expect From This Wine Tour?

Your tour begins with a convenient pick-up from Wellington and a ride through an extremely scenic route including the Hutt Valley. On the way, spot some of the iconic filming locations where Lord of the Rings was shot. Some of these places include Helms Deep, Minas Tirith, River Anduin, and Rivendell. After a 20-minute drive over the Rimutaka Mountain range, you'll reach the beautiful Wairarapa region and then Martinborough. The town is known for its wines and olive farming. The scenery is so well set against a mountain range that it almost looks like a painting.

Here, you will visit 3 vineyards and taste their best wines. Interact with the vineyard owners and experts to learn about their unique production process.
