Varşova Turlar

It all worked out in the end but I thought I would always be escorted with a guide. After the tour I had about 4 hours before getting on a train back to Warsaw. And I had to make my way to the train station by myself. Was a pretty long walk after an entire day of walking. Then the train was not on the platform that was scheduled and no easy way to figure out the new platform. Also, the departung train had bathrooms and a food car. The return train had nothing.

It was a very long day, but everything was well organised, so that made it much easier. The pick ups, the trains and transportations all very well taken care of (:

Great communication from the start. On time pick up with a very nice and engaging driver. Stayed with us until we were on the train to Krakow. Drivers in Krakow were on time and very nice too. Prudent driver too which was important to me. Clean van with chocolates in a basket. Auschwitz tour was an amazing eye opening exposure to a historic site. We listened carefully to everything our guide said and paid our respects. Then had a nice dinner in Krakow before coming back to Warsaw where our driver once again was waiting for us and drove us back to our hotel. 10/10 for this experience. Thank you so much!

Our driver Dariusz spoke limited English but was very efficient, polite & friendly. No complaints regarding him at all. Booking was made 2 days before the trip. Less than 16 hours before pick up we were told we would need to pay an extra £27 as our pick up wasn't in Warsaw, even though our location was on the route to Auschwitz from Warsaw. Was disappointed to then be told a change of pickup from 6am to 4.30am and to find out it was because the 2 other people on the trip had requested an earlier slot as they needed to be back early for a concert. No regard for the other 5 people in our party who had already booked for a 6am start.

Great travel experience. Lunch was great and th4 ride was very comfortable. I will always use this service when I'm in Warsaw.
