Bordeaux Turlar

Theo mükemmel bir rehberdi ve şaraplar hakkındaki bilgisini son derece iyi aktardı. İyi bir grubumuz vardı ve özellikle şarap tadımı sırasında çok iyi etkileşim kurduk. Hepimiz St Emilion ziyaretimizden keyif aldık ve Theo'dan köy hakkında çok şey öğrendik.

Went solo and joined a group. Theo was our host, and he made everyone feel welcome. Vineyard was BEAUTIFUL but got a bit muddy in the morning (bring proper shoes, lol). Tasted some reds I’d never even heard of. The cheese pairing was def my fave part, ngl. Slightly long wait at the second chateau, but worth it for the barrel room tour.

Pretty fun day out! Went solo, joined a group of aussie gals and two old brits. The guide (Marie?) was really bubbly and kept things moving. Some of the info went over my head (I’m a beer guy), but the scenery is EPIC and the wine pours were generous. Only thing, one stop felt a bit rushed. Otherwise, totally worth it.

Took my parents for their anniversary and they still won’t stop talking about it. The guide, Paul, is a LEGEND. He made us laugh so much. I thought my dad would get bored but nope, he was asking questions non-stop. The wineries were all beautiful, and I liked how each one had a different vibe. Lunch in the vineyard = dreamy. Bring a hat, the sun is no joke in August!

Me and my dad did the afternoon tour and honestly it was the highlight of our trip! The guide, Regis, was so full of stories and made the drive fly by. Loved the little vineyard—family run, no big crowds. I learned more about wine in 2 hours than my last 10 years of drinking it. Try the bread they serve with the tasting, it’s sooo good. A bit warm in the van but that’s August for ya.

Went with my wife, and we both LOVED it. The views driving into Saint Emilion—epic. Tour guide answered every question, even the weird ones about barrels lol. Got to try three different wines, each one better than the last (or maybe that’s just how wine works). Town is super photogenic but you can’t take pics inside one of the old cellars, so heads up. All in all, unforgettable afternoon.
