Having to get tickets via app called headout was difficult. It took me a long time to get the app and find tickets. I would prefer to get tickets as pdf via email so please offer this option to future customers like mecwho dont want to have to get another app on the phone.

It was very useful to have train tickets in advance as saved time and we needed them to dump our luggage at the station before exploring Amsterdam. My only criticism is that they were only supplied online and this made it difficult to share as you need a ticket each to get through the barriers. I managed to print but had to cut and stick together! Or you can use screenshots....
