Turların her ikisi de son derece ilginçti..... rehberlere özel bir söz - tuz madenlerinde catherine ve özellikle auschwitz'de gregory (çok saygılı ve bilgilendirici)... tüm gündeki tek sorun restoranda yeterince uzun değildi ve bazı insanlar yemeklerini zamanında alamadı..... bunun dışında bu turu tavsiye ederim... ancak hareketlilik sorunlarınız varsa veya uygun değilseniz, hız zaman zaman oldukça cezalandırıcı olabilir ve uzun bir gün (bizim için yaklaşık 13 saat)

Rehber (Mijael - Walker) Auschwitz-Birkenau'daki her şeyi açıklarken çok samimi ve hevesliydi. Krakow'a giderseniz hem Auschwitz hem de tuz madeni önemli ziyaretlerdir, bunları bir günde yapabilmek harikaydı. Olumsuz tarafı: başlangıçta tur için alma saatinin 7: 45'te olması gerekiyordu, ancak bir gün önce planlanandan 2 saat önce alınacağımız söylendi.

Mükemmel organizasyon ve günün ihtiyaçlarını çok hızlı bir şekilde çözme yeteneği. Auschwitz-Birkenau turu çok duygusal ve yansıtıcıydı: herkes hayatında en az bir kez bu deneyimi yaşamalı

Rehberin performansı mükemmeldi, ancak tek pişmanlığım turun çok hızlı olmasıydı: gelen başka bir grup için hızlıca yol açmanız gerekiyordu ve oyalanmak, işaretleri okumak veya gerçekçi rekonstrüksiyonlar aracılığıyla olayların asaletini özümsemek için zaman yoktu.

what an extraordinary and unforgettable tour experience. truly a full day immersed in history, exploring and learning about two profoundly distinct periods of time. everything was seamless: the buses were perfectly on schedule, check-ins were hassle free, and we were thoughtfully accounted for every step of the way. no matter how far we strayed from the group, the bus waited for us, ensuring we never felt rushed. but what truly set this tour apart was our guide, Lara - an absolute gem of a person. her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for everyone made all the difference. not only was she knowledgeable, and sensitive, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as we moved from location to location. she didn’t just guide us, she brought the experience to life, making every moment feel a little more special and personal. Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.

Malgré un changement de planning de dernière minute (départ retardé d'1 heure et inversion des visites entre le matin et l'après-midi), l'organisation a été excellente et la journée rondement menée. La communication via une boucle Whatsapp et le timing des pauses (important dans une journée de 11h!) ont contribué à cela. Nous avions commandé des lunch box la veille qui nous ont été délivrées lors de notre montée dans le car le matin. Ce dernier était par ailleurs très propre et confortable. Notre guide vivait littéralement ses commentaires et explications, ce qui a rendu les visites très émouvantes dans ces lieux au lourd passé. Franchement nous recommandons. Bravo

The coach was too small and uncomfortable, also, we were almost forgotten at the salt mines, we barely made it to the parking spot and had to run in order to stop the coach from leaving, as it was driving away. Of course the guide and driver apologized but still a little frustrating. Overall, a 4/5 experience, because the guides were indeed extremely knowledgeable and professional. Really enjoyed the way it was arranged.

L'accompagnatrice était bienveillante avec nous, pleine d'énergie et était très préventive, nous donnait plusieurs consignes claires avant de nous laisser avec les guides ou en autonomie. On a reçu dès le départ des stickers à coller sur les vêtements afin de se repérer entre nous. Les guides à Auschwitz-Birkenau et Wieliczka étaient bienveillants, étaient expérimentés et répondaient à nos questions.
