Absolutely LOVED our day. Our guide (can’t remember her name, sorry!) was super patient with our group of 6—including my grandma, who walks slowww. She made sure we all could keep up and still pointed out the most EPIC views (the lake was unreal). We had just enough time at the stops, though I wish the weather had been a bit cooler. Heads up, the AC isn’t super strong in the van, so dress light if it’s August! Would do it again just for the photos I got of the gorge.

Our guide Raphael was hilarious and made everyone feel welcome. He even helped us negotiate kayak rentals (saved us a few euros!). The views are next-level, especially the drive along the cliffs. Just a heads up: the winding roads are not for the faint of stomach.

Honestly, the drive along the Corniche was SO PRETTY, felt like a movie set or something. I went solo but ended up chatting with a couple from Germany the whole time. Our guide, Pierre (I think that’s how you spell it?), was suuuper enthusiastic—he even recommended a gelato shop in Eze (btw, pistachio is a winner). Monaco was pretty wild with all the cars zooming around, and I managed to sneak a peek at the casino inside (no pics allowed). Only bummer was the traffic getting into Monaco but worth it for those views. Bring a hat—it was hot!

Loved the little perfumery in Eze—smelled amazing, but kinda gave me a headache after a while lol. Monaco was all glitz and sunshine. Our guide was full of facts and took group pics for us. Great half-day trip.
