We love the Giant Pandas most! Also love how birds are allowed to wander freely and there's one that's huge and white that walks around. Would be better if some upgrading of facilities could be done to make the visit more memorable 😄

manage to meet up with panda, they are so cute !! besides panda, got lots of other animals , like tiger, cheetah, lion, ziraffe, elephant, they are amazing.

I was there early so the redemption q was short and fast . I had a fabulous time at the zoo . Its well equipped with public facilities and clean.

instant ticket, and cash back/rebate for next ticket purchased (this one is owesome!) The only thing that I want to highlight is that the first ticket purchased for Aquaria KLCC, it was purchased for Monday Jan 23rd 2023, however when we reached the destination, we were asked to "top up" the fees before allowed to enter. I believe this is due to the fact that Jan 23rd 2023 is a public holiday and the system detected it as weekday. Below are the booking details if you need to sort this out. BOOKING ID: 11205263

the pricing of the ticket was good but the photo booth pic price was so expensive and also the thgs are very expensive compare to outside of zoo. and the place is so dirty animal are sleeping n living in dirt all. its kind sad to see animal beimg treated like that.

I get to fulfill my wish to bring my grandchildren to the zoo. We spent almost three hours there. They really enjoyed themselves. Tired and exhausted? Yes. But thoroughly enjoyable. Booking the tickets was easy and convenient. Thank you so much.
