Ms Shana, a multi language tour guide is very friendly and smiley. She make sure everyone understand her explanations by translating between Korean, English and Mandarin. This is amazing! It's nothing to do with your service nor the guide , the petite french and italy were disappointing for me , and i have a suggestion regarding the drop out location options, for us it would be wonderful if we went back to the pick up location namsan station, you haven't mentioned that on the tour information. Thanks a lot for you service

What's not allowed

Nami Island

Due to venue restrictions, pets more than 15kg and without a leash cannot tag along on this experience.

Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Rottweiler, are not allowed on Nami Island.

Personal bicycles, bicycles with electric motors, and battery-powered vehicles are not allowed.

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

Petite France

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Italia Village

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Gangchon Rail Park

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience, except for when using a pet carrier.

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 3 years.
