We were greeted by a lovely lady on boarding the little bus with a big smile and friendly chatter. I preferred the size of this bus to the bigger ones we have used before in different cities. The comfortable Panasonic head set with noise cancelling fantastic, much better than the ones you shove into your ears. Very comprehensive tour and information provided . Will definitely be back to Krackow and will do this tour again . Fantastic value for money

I enjoyed visiting the sites in Krakow from the hop on hop off bus .We didn't get off anywhere but did the full route listening to the information through our headphones. This was due to the rain and mobility issues. We had a very stressful time looking for the bus stop which was quite difficult to find.Perhaps you could put a picture of the bus stop on tickets or website so that people have an idea what to look for.

Nettes Personal in beiden Bussen. Geschickte Fahrer in Baustellen und engen Gassen. Leider hat es reingeregnet und gezogen. Für eine grobe Orientierung ist die 90min Fahrt ok gewesen.

It was my first time using this platform. We had a great guide who made the tour very engaging, sharing interesting stories, examples, and jokes, and interacting with the group throughout. The museum itself is interesting, but in my opinion, it wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without the guide.

Buses were on time and commentary was helpful as were the guides on the bus. Good way to see a lot of the city without having to walk in a heatwave. However when we went to the gondola cruise the ticket no longer scanned and said it was expired. We had to call the company to sort it out. The gondola pilot told us the same thing happened last week with a group of 11 and he was still waiting to be paid. He said he would let us on anyway as he didn't want us to have a bad impression of Poland. He was a credit to his country and we left him a good tip in case he didn't get paid. The bus company really need to sort this as it could have spoiled our day

    What an amazing exhibition over 2hours and I was amazed at the exhibits the explanation of all the items is very clear I would recommend and would say it's a must see when in Krakow

    Not worth it. It's convenient because it goes around the city, but mainly we could see anything. The bus had a cover roof and the sites we were supposed to see were either covered or the audio guide was not in sync. Funny how a country that has tourism and tourists attractions can be so rude with people that came here to spend money....
