Vilken fantastisk dag vi hade, vädret var fantastiskt och Rottnest Island är vacker och full av historia. Snabbfärjan från Hilary's Boat Harbour var en fantastisk resa, och vår reseguide "Robbo" var så kunnig och rolig. Denna tur var ett bra sätt att se ön.

Fantastisk båttur Perth till Rottnest. Satt på toppdäck på retur - njöt av allt. Busstur runt ön mycket bra. Informativ, intressant och många kommentarer från busschauffören. Kunna gå av bussen för att ta bilder på några ställen. Hittade inte instruktionerna om hur man kommer till bussens avgångsplats mycket tydliga. Tid i Rottnest efter bussturen och före 4.30pm avgång för en vandring runt bukten, museet och butikerna. Jag hade en fantastisk lunch på Rottnest Hotel med utsikt över stranden. Färjepersonal alla mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Jag skulle rekommendera den här färjan och bussturen om du bara har en dag att besöka Rottnest Island

Vår busschaufför var fantastisk, mycket kunnig med några komiska upptåg som fick oss alla att skratta. Bekväm tränare också. Färjeturen var också bra, härlig besättning och ung man på bokningskontoret var mycket hjälpsam eftersom vi missade färjan eftersom jag trodde att vi var på en senare. Sammantaget en fantastisk dag ute på en vacker ö och Quokkas var pricken över i: et på kakan

Härlig dagsutflykt, vacker plats, färjan var utmärkt även om jag tyckte att kommentaren var lite dämpad. Mycket att göra på ön, nu när jag har sett det kanske jag planerar saker lite annorlunda nästa gång. Bussturen var utmärkt Abby och Mark var vänliga och informativa 👍

What's not allowed

Single pieces of luggage up to 22kg and no larger than 800mm x 500mm x 400mm can be stowed in the vessels’ luggage crates.

Single carry-on items must be no larger than 600mm x 400mm x 300mm.

1 piece of luggage is permitted per person. Additional luggage will incur an excess luggage charge.

Additional information

Guide dogs are allowed onboard. However, as Rottnest Island is an A-Class reserve you should contact the rangers there for further advice on service dog allowance.

All passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are travelling with no luggage or freight and have e-tickets or QR codes, please make your way straight to the boarding gate. Final Boarding is 5 minutes prior to departure after which the vessel gangways are removed to ensure that the vessel departs by the stated time.

Bicycles must be collected on the island by an Adult (18+) and must be returned to Pedal and Flipper by closing time on the same day.
