Vår guide var mycket kunnig. trevlig och talade engelska mycket bra och palatset var en fantastisk byggnad. Även om det var mycket upptagen rörde sig kön med en acceptabel hastighet.

Sammantaget var upplevelsen och turen otrolig. Vår guide var mycket kunnig och svarade på alla frågor plus naturligtvis gav oss en fantastisk historisk rundtur kring fastigheten. Våra biljetter var för 4pm och vi var tvungna att parkera längst ner på berget - vi var sena med tanke på trafiken och vi sprang praktiskt taget för att komma till den utsedda platsen klockan 4pm. Ingen guide var där - vi frågade många människor som slutligen ringde Headout där rep var mycket hjälpsam men berättade för oss att vår guide "körde sent" och skulle inte vara där förrän 4:30. Vi såg honom till slut ungefär vid den tiden och han berättade att vår bokning var kl. 17.00. Han tog bilder av våra biljetter som tydligt angav 4pm - för oss var detta ett stort fel eftersom vi också hade planer efter denna turné som sedan försenades. Turen skulle också vara 1,5 timmar och var drygt 1 timme. Kände att vi var lite rusade.
