This should be on everyone’s bucket list. I was blown away by the whole experience. This will give you the thrills and high adrenaline levels. I loved each and every second of this jet boat ride. Yes, You will be DRENCHED COMPLETELY in water and you will feel great having that. Speaking about the whole crew, Nick was amazing riding the boat towards the wave. Chris Ball, our wonderful and handsome team leader is a complete entertainer. He was wonderful and full of energy during this whole experience. Hats off to you Chris. You gave us some great memories to cherish with your whole entertainment. If you have a Niagara parks pass, you can take the WeGo bus until the floral clock and then Whirlpool jet boat has a shuttle service from there which is about 10 mins to the destination. They pick and drop you. Brenda was the one helping us pick and drop to the destination. She is the sweetest person and very chill. Really active and makes sure everyone is comfortable during the ride. It’s better to book online and fill the waiver. Video and photo packages are additional. They also provide free locker to keep your stuff. It’s better to get alternate clothes and towel because no matter if you wear the plastic hood that they provide, you will be 1000% drenched in water. Must visit this place.

What an absolutely incredible experience! Makayla was an incredible guide. She made me feel like I was on the adult version of the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland (in the best way possible)! She was knowledgeable and punny! I cannot for the life of me remember the captain's name - I want to say Sean but I think that's incorrect. Anyway, he did a wonderful job navigating those class 5 rapids taking time to care for all the souls on board while also giving us the time of our lives! It was such a great experience and I'd recommend it to everyone (plus I'd totally come back and do it again)!

The whirlpool jet boat tour was the highlight of our trip. We had planned on visiting Niagara Falls in 2020 for the first time. Then covid hit, closed borders. Fast forward to 2026, finally made it. Whirlpool jet boat was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Made the tour, got soaked. Grace and Jackie were awesome. Totally worth it.

What a awesome trip. The first time anyone has 100% guaranteed and they were right 100% guaranteed to get wet 😂. Captain Grace and Trip leader Belle what a experience! What a thrill!! I felt safe EB been though we were whizzing around and getting totally soaked! If you do this boat trip you don't need to do the cable car or walk. This cover everything! Plus you get to actually experience the Niagra river away from the typical tourist site which is 20 minutes away.

Fantastic experience through out ,crew members were professional and fun at the same time. I had two sisters with me who travelled from Europe and they described it as a cherry on a cake,top notch. We were soaked through as expected, had a blast . I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great experience. Did the same tour but on the America side prior. This time did it with my finance and he loved the whole experience (so did I). We sat front row middle and was soaked. Our tour guide was Nick who was very knowledgeable and Vinny our boat operator and he did a great time driving the boat and giving us a great experience. Definitely a must do again
