Guiden var svår att hänga med i och ganska svår att förstå. Guiden hade inget intresse av att hjälpa oss med nästa del av vår bokning - gondolresan. Bokningen uppgav att vi hade en 2,5 timmars upplevelse. Det visade sig faktiskt vara ungefär en timme i Basicila följt av ett 3,5 timmars gap innan en 20 minuters gondoltur. Ingenstans informerades vi om att detta gap existerade - jag var tvungen att ringa hte servicenummer för att prata med en representant som informerade mig om att gondolresan skulle äga rum miud eftermiddag. Detta krävde att vi omorganiserade våra planer för vår grupp på 10 personer för resten av dagen.
