Vi har problem med bokningen, igår bokade vi en vid stoppet var föraren inte där, idag när vi anländer till platsen sa appen att vi skulle vara kl 8:30 och vi var där från 8:00 och det var inte förrän vi hade wi-fi som vi fick ett meddelande som sa att vi var tvungna att vara kl 7:30 inte 8:30 som appen säger. Vi ber om en lösning och det var ingen lösning, vi ber om en återbetalning eller en omplanering och samma svar, även när vi inte fick rätt information
