This was honestly such a beautiful and memorable experience, especially because I went with my friend and got to enjoy it together. ❤️ We actually booked the tickets quite last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything turned out to be so smooth and well organised. From the moment we arrived, the entry process was easy and straightforward. The security checks were also handled really well, and although they were thorough, everything moved smoothly without feeling stressful or unnecessarily long. One of the highlights for me was the incredible view of London from above. The ride was a little slow, but I actually loved that because it gave us plenty of time to properly take everything in. You could slowly look around and enjoy almost a 360° view of London rather than everything passing by too quickly. Seeing the city from that height was genuinely breathtaking, especially spotting the iconic Big Ben and the London skyline. We also got our pictures taken, which made the experience even more special. It was lovely having proper photos to remember the day, especially because I was there with my friend. We spent the time taking pictures, looking at the views, laughing and just enjoying the moment together. Even though we booked at the last minute, the whole experience felt organised from beginning to end. There was no confusion and we never felt rushed. Everything was easy, and we could simply enjoy being there. For me, it wasn’t just about seeing London from above — it was about sharing that moment with my friend and making a memory that I’ll genuinely remember. If you’re visiting London, I would definitely recommend doing this, especially around Big Ben. The views, the atmosphere, the photos and the experience of seeing London from a completely different perspective make it absolutely worth it. 🇬🇧❤️

Made the trip to Cable Car with two of our grandchildren aged 6 and 9. I bought a family return ticket and sadly upon seeing the ride our 6 year old was in tears as she was too frightened to take the cable trip. No consoling her could change her mind so I took the ride with my grandson and my wife stayed with our granddaughter. To my complete surprise upon returning to the end of the ride one of you very kind staff had said to my wife that as we had paid for a family ticket then she could take another ride with my grandson. As you can expect he was delighted to ride again and my wife was very happy to go with him. As to my granddaughter she made the statement "perhaps I'll go on the cable car next year when I'll be a year older" ( how sweet ). Such an excellent gesture by your staff member who is a credit to your business.

I had a memorable and exciting time on the London eye. It exceeded all my expectations of seeing London from above, i felt I was on top of the world. From seeing Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the River Thames and Parliament in its full glory. In my opinion, everyone should try experiencing once in their lifetime a birds eye view from the phenomenal London Eye. I had enough space to walk around inside the cubicle and have a 360 degree view of London. Simply amazing! The process of buying online made it alot easier because all we had to do was queue for a short time. Entering and leaving was a breeze. Also, I noticed advertised there that you can have a 'London Eye Champagne experience' on the London eye. Something I would definitely like to try in the future. Make sure you book online for really great deals!

We were about 1/2 an hour before our booked time, but were allowed on no problem. It was about 1.00 pm & virtually no queue, so lunch time must be a good time to go. The staff were all professional, friendly & welcoming. Fortunately the earlier rain had cleared; although there was no sun, it was sursprisingly clear & we had some great views of all the major London landmarks. Enjoyed the experiemce & would go again.

The London Eye offers great views of the city and the signage helped point out major landmarks. My son and I got through the line very quickly even without the fast track ticketso that was a plus. There are a few too many people in our car, but that's because there were families with young children. Not all the cars were crowded as ours was. Definitely worth the experience!

Our visit was fantastic! We were deciding what we wanted to include in our little 4 day visit as there was so much to see with little time. The London eye gave us the opportunity to see the city with such amazing views and reasonable wait times. When we first entered the que, we thought we would be there all night waiting on line, but the line moved quickly, even without the fast pass! Great experience!

Beautiful views. TERRIFYING if you are nervous with heights. I don't think i breathed the whole 20 minutes. But i got some good pics and vids. 10/10 will never do again but recommend for others. Not me... but definitely everyone else x

30-minuters rotation: Glid i en klimatkontrollerad kapsel i en halvtimme och njut av oavbrutna 360°-vyer från 135 meters höjd.

Anlända minst 15 minuter före schemalagd tid för att hinna med ombordstigningen.

Dina biljetter gäller endast för det datum som valts vid bokningstillfället.

Du kan antingen stanna kvar i bilen och återvända till din startterminal eller stiga av vid motsatt terminal och göra din retur när som helst samma dag.

Bilarna kommer var 30:e sekund och tar upp till 10 personer.

Enkelriktade resor tar upp till 10 minuter men varierar beroende på passagerarflöde och väderförhållanden.

IFS Cloud Cable Car kan tillfälligt stängas på grund av blixtar och åska i närområdet eller mycket starka vindar.

Cyklar är alltid tillåtna på IFS Cloud Cable Car. Gäster med cyklar reser gratis med linbanan före kl. 10.30 på vardagar, exklusive helgdagar.

Barn under fem år reser gratis (i sällskap med en vuxen som betalar biljettpriset). Barn upp till 12 års ålder måste alltid åtföljas av en vuxen.

Husdjur är tillåtna i bilarna men måste alltid bäras.

London Eye

Barn under 15 år måste åtföljas av vuxna (18+).

Barn under 2 år går gratis, men behöver en biljett för att komma in.
