- Brandenburg Gate: This gate is an 18th century neoclassical building and marks the beginning of a road from Berlin to Brandenburg an der Havel. Its gates directly usher to the royal City Palace of the Prussian monarchs.
- Reichstag Building: The Reichstag houses the lower house of Germany’s parliament. You can find it partially refurbished from the 1960s, and has become a meeting place for the contemporary Bundestag.
- Museum Island: This island was designed for over a century, from 1830 to 1930, and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. The island consists of the Altes Museum, the Neues Museum, the Alte Nationalgalerie, the Bode-Museum and the Pergamonmuseum.

Att promenera genom en sådan fantastisk stad med en vänlig och kunnig guide (Jimmy) är ett utmärkt sätt att lära känna delar av staden som är viktiga för 1900-talets historia. Promenadtempot skapar möjligheter till samtal och stunder av reflektion. Det är det perfekta sättet att lära känna en sådan intressant stad. Vår guide, Jimmy, var utmärkt! Du kan säga att han verkligen älskar Berlin och har fördjupat sig i berättelserna och historien om denna otroliga stad. Rekommenderar starkt vandringsturen.

Wir haben Online gebucht mit Reservierung im Restaurant. Es hat alles super gepasst. Sehr freundlich, und ein tolle Aussicht über Berlin. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, und wir würden es weiterhin empfehlen. Wir hatten auch ein tolles Wetter, und wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht direkt am Fenster.

Wir besuchten den Berliner Fernsehturm. Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht, aber das Personal hat mir freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, so daß wir im Drehrestaurant einen schönen Nachmittag verbringen konnten und dank des Schnelleinlasses keine Wartezeit hatten. Gern wieder.

Wir waren mit unserer ältesten Enkelin (fast 14 Jahre) zu einem Kurzurlaub in Berlin und haben neben dem Alexanderplatz mit Neptunbrunnen und Fernsehturm auch den Reichstag besucht.
Besonders interessant fanden wir den Vortrag im Plenarsaal zur Geschichte des Reichstages und die Darstellung der demokratischen Abstimmungen zur Beschlußfassung.
Auch der Rundgang in der Glaskuppel war sehr beeindruckend.
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn für die Generation unserer Enkelin solche Vorträge und Begehungen organisiert werden würden, um Ihnen die Demokratie näher zu bringen.
