Även om biljetten fick oss till platser vi ville gå, var biljettkostnaden från Headout en fullständig rip off. Biljettkostnaden var 600 yen (på biljetten) men du debiterade oss 5000 yen för varje biljett. Det fanns ingen fördel att boka biljetten genom dig och den här biljetten erbjöd inget av de saker som stannade kvar på din webbplats. Jag har skickat 2 e-postmeddelanden om detta utan svar. Ditt företag kommer aldrig att få min rekommendation och det rätta för dig att göra är att erbjuda någon form av återbetalning för det mesta av biljettkostnaden. En mycket nedslående upplevelse med detta företag.
