There were several aspects of our tour that really enhanced our experience: 1) Group size was small - only 12 people. That made moving around very easy. 2) The "Skip-the-line" feature was well worth the few extra dollars we paid for it. The crowds at the Monastery are huge! 3) Our guide Alex was EXCELLENT! As we toured the Abbey Cloister (the main attraction at the Monastery), Alex clearly had a in-depth understanding of the beautiful architectural features, symbols and carvings. Our tour also took us to the famous pastry shop - Pasteis de Belem. Despite the crowds, Alex quickly secured our delicious custard tarts which we ate in the park. Overall, our experience was excellent with Headout Tours!

headout fue la mejor opción de compra que encontré para comprar los accesos al Monasterio de los Jerónimos en Lisboa. Además de que era de las pocas opciones que no cobraba sobreprecio, el proceso en línea es muy intuitivo, de fácil acceso y puse resolver rápidamente más dudas que me habían surgido. En el lugar accedimos rápidamente en el horario y fecha establecido y la experiencia fue absolutamente extraordinaria.

Although the two queuing systems was confusing we made it into both church and cloisters and it was well worth the wait. What an amazing building. I had ordered audio guides as part of the online booking but these were not offered or even obvious to us where to ask for them. The cloisters were fabulous and I have since researched them myself but possibly not to the level of a proud national treasure.

Chiostro di una bellezza indescrivibile, più un merletto che un opera di muratura. ATTENZIONE agli ingressi. La fila per entrare all' ora che avete prenotato si forma molto molto prima, può essere di 100 e più metri, in pieno sole, quindi organizzatevi. Di positivo c'è che una volta arrivata l'ora scorre molto velocemente. Vosita che vale sicuramente la fatica.

The Jerónimos Monastery is a truly beautiful and impressive place. Its architecture and historical atmosphere make it a must-see when visiting Lisbon. It attracts many visitors and is an important part of the city’s cultural heritage and tourism. The visit was very enjoyable, and the monastery definitely adds a lot to the charm and appeal of Lisbon.

The line was not too long and since we were a party of 5 with a baby, we were let in skipping the lines. The staff was really kind and helpful. The monastery itself was very impressive, especially the inner yard and the gothic vibe I wish more of the monastery was accessible to the visitors, it seemed a little too small

Architektura cudna, kolejka do wejścia w pełnym słońcu (32 stopnie w cieniu) była straszna, czas oczekiwania do wejścia ponad godzinę. 20 euro za bilet a weszliśmy tylko na dziedziniec i kawałek kościoła. Czyli oczekiwanie na wejście ponad godzinę i 30 min zwiedzania. Dlatego mam mieszane uczucia

The monestary was truly awesome! The line to get in -- even after arriving 30 minutes before our ticket time-- was quite long. We took our time and listened to the audio tour which was nice to have. The light inside the center was so gorgeous and we took tons of beautiful images. My only complaint is that the chapel/church area is open to the public for free without a ticket-- and even if you were inside the monestary with a ticket-- they ask you to exit and re enter in the public line. After having paid to be there I did not want to stand in a long line in the heat of the day. They should have a separate line for people who have purchased tickets and allow them to enter as they please.
