It was well organised trip. The lunch should include soft drinks and water as well and not being charged extra. Rest, timings need to be updated on Headout website to sync with the local tour operators timings.

Pamukkale itself is beautiful with the ancient ruins and the cloud castle which was magnificent. The only downside was that we are pretty much stretched to a free time of 3 hours on our own with so much to explore. Also the one i had booked with Salda lake didn't really happen. We went into this place selling some sort of stone which was actually quite a waste of an hour had that been spent better at the Hierapolis/Cloud castle. Nevertheless i do not regret it because it was still beautiful. Hope it was just advertised right. This booking had no entrance fees included so it was collected by the tour guide along the way which was fine as it was mentioned on the terms of booking. Next time I'd probably hire a car and go on a full day trip there and explore everything at the site which was really beautiful.

Pamukkale was the highlight of our Turkey trip. The pools are beautiful, and the ruins are interesting. Guide was friendly. Bring water shoes, some rocks are sharp.

Pamukkale blew my mind! Came with my husband and teen daughter. The bus was clean, guide was friendly, and the pace was just right for us. We had enough time to explore and relax. Cleopatra’s pool was busy but fun. Loved every minute.
