Slottsturen var helt fantastisk. Min bästa vän och jag besökte Edinburgh för första gången och bestämde oss för att gå på slottsturen och det var DEFINITIVT värt det. Slottet i sig är redan fantastiskt men vår reseguide Jen var helt otrolig. Från början till slut visste hon till synes allt som fanns att veta om slottet, var väldigt rolig och engagerande och gjorde turen ännu bättre. Alla som planerar att göra denna turné bör 100% göra det och 1000% som för Jen om du kan!

Det var ett verkligt minnesvärt besök. Platsen förflyttar dig tillbaka till forntiden, där kungar en gång levde och härskare steg och föll. Slottet är ett monumentalt vittnesbörd om Skottlands rika kulturella och mänskliga arv - dess bestående närvaro är ett levande bevis på nationens historia. Många lärde känna det genom filmen Braveheart, som rörde upp hjärtat hos tittare över hela världen och skapade djup beundran och sympati för det skotska folket, inspirerat av den legendariske frihetskämpen William Wallace. Ett hjärtligt tack till vår guide, vars rika kunskaper berikade vår förståelse för detta vackra land och dess anmärkningsvärda förflutna.
