Resan ringde mig en vecka före resan för att berätta att jag på grund av "ett fel" i systemet hade bokat ett evenemang som faktiskt inte existerade. Jag försökte kontakta Headout utan framgång. Problemet var olöst. Jag kommer att bestrida avgifterna eftersom du bokade ett evenemang som faktiskt inte existerade.

Jag köpte biljetter för tillträde till Colosseum kl. 11:15, hoppa över kön med virtual reality-upplevelse. Jag fick en bekräftelse på köpet via e-post. Istället när de säger "hoppa över kön" menar de inte att få tillgång till colosseum utan att biljetterna är online så att du inte behöver köa vid biljettkontoret; sedan var tiden för biljetten inte vad du valde (i vårt fall var de mottagna biljetterna antingen att få tillgång till kl 9:30 istället för 11:15) och sedan när de säger "med virtual reality-upplevelse) är det inte på colosseum och det handlar inte om colosseums historia. Det är en ingång till ett multimediamuseum 30 min. promenad från colosseum med förklaringar om Roms historia (video med 3D-kostymer) Inte illa men ingenting att göra med annonsen (och bekräftelsen) som talade om tillgång till colosseum med virtual reality-upplevelse (förutom med en bild av en grupp människor framför colosseum med 3D-glasögon). Så det är helt enkelt en återförsäljare, inte klart.

Visiting the grand Roman Colosseum is a must on every traveler's bucket list But what if you could take things up a notch?
This tour of the Colosseum is a truly unique experience. The virtual reality experience immerses you in ancient Rome through an animated and interactive 3D reproduction of the Colosseum. Using a multisensory experience and Oculus VR glasses, you will be transported to ancient Rome while listening to a multilingual audio guide that will provide you with authentic historical knowledge about these places.
Admire the bronze figure of Nero that is covered in gold and numerous other nearby monuments as you virtually stroll across the packed historic square. Next, at the arena's stage, hear the roar of lions and the clash of swords as the gladiators battle. Finally, roam the eerie underground passageways where slaves were housed in order to prepare for the performances.
Once your VR tour is over, you can independently roam the halls and passages of the Colosseum. Also access Palatine Hill, one of the most ancient parts of the city, and the Roman Forum, located at the center of Rome which has religious, political and social significance.

Luggage, and large backpacks are not allowed inside the Colosseum.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must carry a valid photo ID card.
