God morgon, när jag bokade kortet bad jag om information om vad som ingick, tidtabeller och de gav mig "långvindig" och sa att jag skulle få informationen när jag kom till Rom. Jag insisterade flera gånger och trodde att det var en bluff och att de inte visste vad som ingick i biljetten. Eftersom jag insåg att jag inte skulle få mer information och att det var en bluff, bad jag om återbetalning av det belopp som betalats just då (på webbplatsen stod det att beloppet skulle återbetalas inom 2-7 dagar. De svarade att de inte skulle återbetala det. Jag har anmält händelsen till polisen.

Paketet med de enskilda attraktionerna var riktigt bra. (Pris / prestanda var topp) Jag gillade bara inte det faktum att du måste samla in dina biljetter före varje attraktion. Jag tror att det skulle vara bättre att utfärda alla biljetter direkt i början.
