Jag gillade verkligen utflykten, de var punktliga och gav oss gott om förvarning om ändring av tidtabell via WhatsApp och e-post. Vi kunde besöka två platser samma dag, vilket var fantastiskt! Saker att förbättra: vi förstod inte guiden särskilt bra, hans engelska var inte tydlig. Det fanns ingen tid för lunch, vi hade 10-minuters pauser som vi var tvungna att hantera: mellan att gå på toaletten och / eller äta ett mellanmål. På vägen tillbaka släppte de av oss på den överenskomna platsen, men de föreslog flera gånger att vi kunde gå av vid en tidigare hållplats och gå tillbaka, det regnade, så vi valde att inte acceptera förslaget. Sammantaget var vi nöjda med vårt val, det fanns inga större problem, bara aspekter att förbättra. Utflykten var jättebra.Maria

Besöket på en så viktig historisk plats är värt det och saltgruvan är spektakulär och jag rekommenderar det 100%. Avgången kl. 5:20 utan möjlighet att äta frukost på vägen var en dålig upplevelse. Ingången till Auswitchz var mycket rörig med bara två personer vid ingången. Det bör förbättras för mängden besökare.

Renata var vår fantastiska chaffeur till och från Krakow och gjorde allt för att få oss dit säkert och i tid. Ingångslinjerna var obetydliga. En rekommendation är att föraren för Salt Mine-utflykten (annorlunda än Renata), samlar människor från den faktiska utgången av Salt Mine och folk förväntas inte hitta parkeringsplatsen (vilket är mycket förvirrande).
